General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and overnight stays at the Hotel Bristol, as well as to all other services that we offer.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when the booking is made by the guest by telephone, online or in writing and is confirmed by us.

3. prices

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT at the statutory rate. We reserve the right to change prices.

4. payment

Payments can be made by credit card, cash or bank transfer. If the booking is not made or canceled, the cancellation conditions apply (see point 6).

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 11:30. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for late check-out.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival are free of charge. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Exception: non-cancellable bookings

7. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events. Liability for personal injury and damage to property is limited to the amount of the accommodation price.

8. data protection

The personal data of guests will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

9. changes to the GTC

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The currently valid version can be viewed on our website.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
